Rule 1.1: No Cheating or Third-Party Software
Using any illegal hacks, modifications, game-engine exploits, aimbots, wallhacks, macros, or external scripts is strictly forbidden. Automatic and manual monitoring is active.
Rule 1.2: Account Sharing & Boosting
Players must play on their registered ArenaX account and game UID only. Playing on another player's behalf or account sharing will result in tournament bans.
Rule 1.3: Collusion & Match-Fixing
Collusion, teaming up in solo modes, trading kills, or intentionally throwing matches is highly illegal and leads to immediate prize forfeiture and ban.
Rule 2.1: Fake Deposit Submissions
Entering fake transaction IDs (TXN) or uploading mock payment receipts is considered fraud and will trigger an immediate permanent account ban.
Rule 2.2: Withdrawal Timelines
All withdrawals are processed securely within 24 to 48 hours. Flooding support tickets with status checks slows queue processing.
Rule 2.3: Entry Fee & Prize Disputes
Entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament starts. Prizes are distributed according to verified server logs and official admin decisions.
Rule 3.1: Toxicity & Harassment
Toxicity, toxic comments in chat rooms, hate speech, spamming, or abuse directed toward players or ArenaX staff members will lead to temporary/permanent mute.
Rule 3.2: Staff & Player Impersonation
Impersonating ArenaX administrators, game moderators, or other high-profile players to gain benefits is strictly banned.
Rule 4.1: Single Account Limit
Each player is permitted only one ArenaX account. Creating multiple accounts to farm referrals, coupons, or exploit sign-up benefits will result in all related accounts being blocked.
Rule 4.2: Emulator & Hardware Bypass
All tournaments are mobile-only unless specified. Emulating phone environments or using external mouse/keyboard adapters to play in mobile brackets is illegal.
Wallet options restricted for Guest accounts.
